Upon booking, we will reach out to understand your experience, career goals, strengths, development areas and interests. If you have a specific industry / company you are applying for, please let us know at this stage. We will also need a copy of your resume.
getting to know you
Like every interview, we’ll start with learning more about each other. We’ll go through everything you had sent over in discovery and do a deeper dive - which will serve as the springboard for your future interview successes.
learning
You will learn interview techniques, what recruiters and hiring managers are assessing you on, how to stand out, and most importantly, how to adapt your unique experience while bringing your genuine personality to your interviews.
practice, practice, practice
No learning is complete without practice - so that’s exactly what we’ll do. We’ll practise 3-5 behavioural questions (also known as situational interview questions), with real-time feedback from Wan Ting. This will instil the confidence in you to tackle future interviews like a breeze.
