discovery
Done at least one week prior to date of consult
Upon booking, we will reach out to understand your experience, career goals, strengths, development areas and interests. If you have a specific industry / company you are applying for, please let us know at this stage. Please also send us your resume - details will be sent once the consult is confirmed.
getting to know you
We’ll go through everything you had sent over in discovery, explore your motivations, goals, experience, transferable and functional skills, and do a deep dive. These will form the foundation of your resume.
You will learn what goes into a good resume that gets converted into an interview - one that makes recruiters and hiring managers want to reach out. This includes the basics like formatting, down to the specifics that make you stand out - but we can’t spill our secrets here!
learning
There’s no use learning all the content without application - so you will be making some of the necessary edits live. During the consult, you will receive your resume, returned with comments on what needs to be changed and proposals on how. We will work on the edits during the consult.
editing and vetting
post-consult support
Please send over your fully-edited resume within 2 weeks of your consult date. Your resume will be reviewed again and vetted, up to a maximum of 2 post-consult feedback rounds.
